I personally could never see myself having children for a large number of reasons, which I won’t explain because the opposite of me won’t understand. I personally think kids can strain a relationship. People ask “What’s the point of getting married if you aren’t going to have children”.
Is having children a guarantee that it will make a marriage stronger? If you’re married, does that mean you must have children?
I have children and I don’t know if I can leave with my children. Is it legal? I can’t afford a divorce right now but i don’t want to look neglectful or be penalized in the eyes of a judge for leaving my marriage with my kids? are there any lawyers out there that can give me advice?
If the person is barely making enough to support their current family (wife and 3 kids) but the ex is trying for child support with children they had together also (not ever married), can his wages still get garnished if he’s the sole supporter of the family?

I read that your marriage should come first because the marriage relationships needs to be held together in order to be better parents. Yet I see many people sacrificing the needs of their marriage for their children. Who is right? The people neglecting their marriage for their children or the people who don’t place their children above all else?
Just curious. I am happily married with no children. I was just wondering what the general public thought was most important.
It seems like our society is not interested in marriage at all, we have both men and women waiting to walk down the aisle until their late 30’s. With that said what is your interpretation of 20 year olds who discussed living together, marriage, and children when they first meet ? Extremely romantic, down right lame or something else?
