VINELAND — Children ages 9 and older are invited to participate in a discussion of “Sea of Monsters” by Rick Riordan from 6 to 7 p.m. Sept. 30 at Vineland Public Library, 1058 E. Landis Ave. The book is the second in the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series.
